We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mazatlan. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front desk managers to the wait staff. The attention to detail was impeccable, with daily housekeeping and even a freshly repainted decorative pool. We loved the upgrades in the swimming pool area and the delicious breakfast options. Our room, complete with a kitchenette and a view, was perfect for our needs. the hotel provided great value for the money, situated in a prime location on the beach.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Bonus- the staff was friendly and polite, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The resort lacked entertainment options, and the Italian restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive package, which was a bit of a downer. The resort was undergoing renovations, so the surroundings were noisy at times.
